Working across two sites in Leicestershire as our Environment Manager, you’ll champion environmental compliance, continuous improvement, and sustainability across our operations. You’ll be the go‑to expert for all environmental matters on-site — from managing ISO 14001 systems and regulatory relationships to identifying the next big opportunity to reduce our environmental footprint. This is a role for someone who thrives on influencing, engaging and inspiring others — translating strategic ambitions into practical, effective site-level action.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental culture, capability building and colleague engagement across both sites.
- Maintain full compliance with environmental legislation, permits and ISO 14001, acting as the primary contact for regulators and auditors.
- Manage environmental risks, incidents, audits and performance reporting, ensuring clear actions and continuous improvement.
- Drive reductions in energy, water, waste and emissions through practical, cost‑effective projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Translate sustainability strategy into site‑level action, delivering measurable progress against corporate environmental targets.
The Ideal Candidate

- Ideally experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
