About the Role
In this role, you will manage the short‑to‑mid‑term planning for our Engineering Planning team. You’ll create clear and efficient plans using our Computer Management System (CMMS). Your work will help ensure we have the right labour, the right parts, and strong overall Equipment efficiency (OEE) results.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep our CMMS up to date and look for ways to improve it
- Make sure all specifications and standards are available, understood, and followed
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time, to a high standard, and recorded clearly and consistently
- Review job requests each day and spot any issues or areas where extra support is needed
- Review the site fabric audit and make sure all non‑conformances and related tasks are completed
About You

- You will bring strong planning skills from any sector, including the ability to work with data
- You will be confident in using IT systems including Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS systems would be an advantage

- You will have a clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice
