In this role as a Compliance Technologist, you’ll help ensure our site operates to the highest food safety, legal and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update technical systems, trackers and documentation to ensure products are safe, legal and high quality.
- Collate, analyse and report weekly/monthly Technical and customer KPI data, spotting trends and sharing accurate insights.
- Monitor customer retail portals, logging complaints, reviewing alerts/testing results and escalating issues to the right teams.
- Support internal auditing, specifications updates, packaging sign-off and preparation for BRC and customer requirements.
- Keep audit schedules, coding schedules, nutritional data and technical paperwork up to date, ensuring strong document control and compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly organised, logical and detail-driven with a methodical approach.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and online retailer portals.
- General technical knowledge within a food manufacturing environment.
