The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our Filling Department on the PM shift. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll manage resources, drive performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll coach teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver against key business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Technical standards at all times.
• Plan and organise labour, materials, and machinery for efficient production.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, and efficiency; drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders to lead effectively.
• Manage performance, training needs, and team engagement through regular reviews.
