As a Development Technologist, you will be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
- Working on current innovation and strategy workstreams through liaison with the chefs, new product development team and the rest of the business.
- Leading the new product development meetings and feasibilities, preparing handovers for relevant categories.
- Ensuring that all products have been costed and deliver target margins and are approved internally prior to presentation to customer.
- Supporting the process development team by making sure that projects follow the Gate process and match the concept signed off by the customer/business.
- Understanding the customer in terms of their new product development strategies, procedures and structures.

- Degree or equivalent in Food Science is desirable.
- Work experience within a relevant field.
- Project Management experience.
- Good basic culinary knowledge and able to keep up to date with market trends.
- Strong computer based skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
