- Drive cultural and behavioural change as part of a broader transformation programme, ensuring safety is owned and lived at all levels.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to ensure full compliance with statutory obligations and best practice, providing expert guidance and influence.
- Oversee risk management, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions, ensuring lessons learned are effectively embedded.
- Engage, coach and develop stakeholders across the business to deliver the H&S plan through people, creating a proactive safety culture.
About You

- Proven track record of managing change—both cultural and operational—within complex or transforming organisations.
- A credible and engaging communicator who actively listens, builds trust and can influence at senior levels.
- Experience operating as part of a leadership team, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
- Strong capability in project management, problem‑solving and driving performance through data and insight.
