Supporting and working alongside the Engineering Manager to deliver site engineering objectives. Managing site buildings, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and asset-care practices. Leading contractor management, permits to work, and ensuring safe systems of work are in place. Driving Engineering KPI performance across efficiency, quality, safety, and reliability measures. Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement and PIP initiatives across the site. Managing and developing Engineering Team Leaders and contributing to succession planning. Experience in a Site Service role within manufacturing (food desirable). A relevant Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualification. Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational capability. Confidence managing contractors, compliance standards, and engineering processes.
