What You’ll Do: As a Senior Process Technologist, you’ll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
- Managing the critical paths in line with the new product launch process in Samworth Brothers.
- Being a key part of the HACCP team onsite to ensure that technical standards are reached and that samples are proactively gathered for testing as well as completing all relevant documentation.
- Actively involved in customer communications both over the phone, online, and in person.
- Engaging with key internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative work in identifying process improvements and achieving the best outcomes.
- Deputising for the Process Manager and managing and supporting the development of the team by sharing your knowledge and helping them to grow theirs.

- Degree or equivalent in Food Science is desirable.
- An understanding of food safety and the basic food manufacturing process is essential.
