The Opportunity
This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between kitchen and factory, supporting the end-to-end launch process while helping to create commercially viable, innovative products aligned to our growth strategy. Youll also be involved in refreshing and optimising existing products, following a structured development gate process.
Youll work cross-functionally across the business, helping to inspire new thinking and drive transformational change while ensuring launches are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support product development projects from concept creation through to factory handover
- Lead and support the development of new, commercially viable product ideas aligned to business growth plans
- Refresh, optimise and improve existing products using a structured development gate process
- Act as a key link between kitchen trials and factory implementation during the launch process
- Work collaboratively with Commercial, Category, Sourcing & Procurement, Production and Technical/Process teams
- Ensure all projects follow the PD launch and critical path process, delivering high-quality products on time
