You\’ll be instrumental in carrying out inspections, managing non-conformances, supporting audits, and providing technical guidance to the Goods In team.

Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials and packaging on delivery and maintain accurate intake records.

Conduct risk assessments and technical checks, including allergen and hygiene audits.

Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality issues and obtain certificates of analysis and documentation.

Participate in new product feasibilities to ensure the use of food-safe materials.

Contribute to customer complaint investigations and traceability exercises.

Support internal and external audits and supplier site visits.

As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience:
– QA experience within a food manufacturing environment, ideally with direct supplier interaction.

Level 3 Food Safety qualification.

Confident using SAP, Excel, and Word for data management and reporting.

Strong understanding of ingredient/packaging conformance techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
