What You’ll Do: As a Process Technologist, you’ll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
- Working along the New Product Development critical path, trialling new products and meeting a launch deadline.
- Ensuring the correct testing is done through the critical path process to meet food safety and legislative requirements and meeting the high-quality standards that we deliver.
- Guiding other teams who are working on new product development to ensure processes are followed and are efficient.
- Making sure that the ingredients that go into our products are checked against quality and HACCP requirements, raising any concerns and supporting in finding solutions.
- Ensuring paperwork and packaging are all to a high standard and meet all of the necessary legislation, customer expectations, and internal standards.

What You Will Need: There is a right role for everyone and we want to set you up for success. For the Process Technologist role, we are looking for the following key skills and experience for this position:
- Ideal candidate would have previous Process, NPD or Technical experience within a chilled food business.
- Degree or Equivalent in Food Science is desirable.
- An understanding of food safety and the basic food manufacturing process is essential.
- A solution-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
