What You’ll Do: As a Process Technologist, you’ll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
- Working along the New Product Development critical path, trialling new products and meeting a launch deadline.
- Ensuring the correct testing is done through the critical path process to meet food safety and legislative requirements and meeting the high-quality standards that we deliver.
- Guiding other teams who are working on new product development to ensure processes are followed and are efficient.
- Making sure that the ingredients that go into our products are checked against quality and HACCP requirements, raising any concerns and supporting in finding solutions.
- Ensuring paperwork and packaging are all to a high standard and meet all of the necessary legislation, customer expectations, and internal standards.
Your work as a Process Technologist will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.

- Degree or equivalent in Food Science is desirable.
- An understanding of food safety and the basic food manufacturing process is essential.
