The Opportunity

As a Process Manager, you help the site run smoothly, safely and efficiently every day. You lead production processes, support teams on the shop floor and make sure work is done in the right way, every time.You work closely with Operations, Technical, Engineering and Quality teams to improve performance, reduce waste and keep standards high. You play a key role in building a positive, well-organised working environment where people feel supported to do their best work.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day production processes to meet safety, quality and output targets
  • Make sure standard operating procedures are clear, followed and kept up to date
  • Support and coach Team Leaders and Operatives to build skills and confidence
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, identifying issues and driving improvements
  • Work with Technical and Quality teams to maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
  • Investigate process issues, incidents or downtime and put effective fixes in place
  • Help embed continuous improvement, encouraging ideas from the team
  • Ensure accurate production records, reports and handovers are completed on time
  • Support audits, site visits and internal checks when required
