Are you a seasoned technical professional with a passion for process excellence and team leadership? Join our dynamic Technical team at The Cornwall Bakery as a Process Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in launching high-quality products and leading a skilled team of technologists.
- Lead and manage the Process, Packaging, and Senior Technologist teams to deliver successful product trials
- Ensure all documentation and specifications are completed in line with customer and site critical paths
- Oversee the Recipe Professor Project workflow and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
- Manage customer pre-production visits and ensure quality standards are met
