The Opportunity: You will lead the design and delivery of cross-site supply chain transformation initiatives, harmonising planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management and people practices across multiple sites. Acting as a bridge between site operations and group strategy, you will embed common frameworks, governance and performance management while building long-term capability and consistency. This role spans the full supply chain lifecycle - Plan, Make, Source, Deliver & People - and plays a pivotal part in strengthening resilience, improving performance and supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading category-wide supply chain transformation projects across multiple sites
  • Designing and embedding standard operating models, governance and performance frameworks
  • Harmonising planning, procurement, logistics, inventory and people processes
  • Owning and developing the Category S&OP process to optimise performance across sites
  • Leading cross-functional workstreams across Plan, Make, Source, Deliver & People
  • Translating group and business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps
