As Process Manager, you will be accountable for the smooth delivery of all product launches, product changes and PIP initiatives, from feasibility through to handover. You will own the site's concept-to-launch process, working closely with commercial, operations and technical stakeholders to manage risk, timelines and customer expectations. You will lead and develop the Process Development team, play a key role in operational and continuous improvement projects, and act as a trusted technical partner across the business and with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and delivering all product launches, trials, pre-productions and handovers.
- Ensuring full compliance with site and group Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Managing and escalating business, customer or reputational risk where appropriate.
- Leading, developing and succession planning for the Process Development team.
- Managing the Process Development budget and supporting site-wide PIP projects.
- Acting as Super User for Recipe Professor and ensuring system integrity.
- Reviewing and implementing customer policies and overseeing customer onboarding.
- Contributing as an active member of Responsible Business and Project Control teams.
About You

- A degree in a science-based subject (or Food Safety Level 3 as a minimum).
- Proven experience leading teams in a Senior Process Development Technologist or Process Management role.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Sound problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
