As National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key grocery accounts, developing and implementing customer-specific business plans that drive growth, profitability and long-term success. Acting as the primary contact for your customers, you'll lead negotiations, identify opportunities, and work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver sales, volume and profit targets across your customer portfolio. Develop and execute annual business plans aligned to customer and company objectives. Create and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) where appropriate. Drive increased distribution and visibility of key branded products through permanent and seasonal opportunities. Plan and deliver profitable promotional activity that generates incremental growth. Review performance regularly with internal stakeholders and customers, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Marketing teams on product launches, development and category opportunities. About You

A self-motivated approach with the drive to continuously improve and adapt. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
