Would you like to join us as a Production Chef? You'll play an important role in preparing and mixing food products on a large scale within our busy food manufacturing environment. Working to set recipes, production plans and quality standards, you'll weigh, measure and prepare ingredients, operate production machinery and make sure products are made safely and consistently. You'll work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly, ensuring ingredients and finished products are handled correctly and fully traceable throughout the process.?Key Responsibilities:?
- Prepare, weigh, measure and mix ingredients in line with set recipes and production requirements.
- Collect ingredients from Chill, Ambient, and Freezer storage areas.
- Book all transformed ingredients on the site system.
- Use production machinery safely as part of your daily work.
- Label ingredients and products correctly.
- Make sure all ingredients and batches can be fully traced.
- Make sure all paperwork and records are clear, accurate, and easy to read.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules.
About You

- Experience working in a food manufacturing, food preparation or production environment.
- Physically able to handle and move ingredients and materials weighing up to 15kg safely. xiskglj

- Able to follow recipes, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Comfortable using production machinery and computer systems
