As Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing QA team across a 24/7 operation. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving standards relating to food safety, legality, and quality, ensuring we consistently meet both customer and regulatory expectations.
You will be the go-to expert for all QA matters on site, working closely with cross-functional teams to embed best practice and champion continuous improvement.
- Leading and developing the QA team, building a strong and capable function.
- Acting as the key contact for food safety, legality and quality across the business.
- Managing supplier quality, raw materials, and product release systems.
Proven experience in a QA leadership role within chilled/high-care food manufacturing is required, along with strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality systems. Excellent people management and communication skills are essential.
