In this role, you will manage the short- to mid-term planning for our Engineering Planning team. You will create clear and efficient plans using our Computer Management System (CMMS). Your work will help ensure we have the right labour, the right parts, and strong overall Equipment efficiency (OEE) results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day engineering planning function across the bakery.
  • Maintain, improve, and optimise the site CMMS.
  • Plan and schedule labour, including weekend engineering coverage.
  • Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is delivered to schedule and recorded accurately.
  • Review maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Write and update PPMs, including for new equipment installations.

  • A clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice.
