The Opportunity: You will be at the heart of our improvement journey, identifying opportunities, leading projects, and embedding sustainable change across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing production data, downtime trends, and OEE performance to uncover improvement opportunities
- Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
- Driving root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) to resolve recurring issues
- Facilitating Kaizen workshops and engaging teams in problem-solving activities
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams
- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining dashboards to track progress and performance
- Supporting automation, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives
