About The Role Tuesday to Saturday 05:00 - 13:30 As a Production Planner, you will help the site run smoothly every day. You'll make sure the right products are planned at the right time, using accurate information, clear schedules and strong communication. Your work will help the business meet customer demand while controlling waste, stock and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Create daily and weekly production plans so the factory knows what to make and when. Make sure materials and stock are available for each production run. Keep stock at the right levels β not too high and not too low.Process and update customer orders, making sure information is clear and
accurate. Work with Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, Commercial and other teams to keep plans aligned. Update forecasts and planning information to reflect changes in demand.Spot risks early β such as shortages, delays or bottlenecks β
and escalate when needed. Monitor production performance versus plan and update systems with live information. Support meetings by sharing clear updates on stock, service and performance. Keep all planning data and systems accurate and up to date. About You

You will have experience in production planning, supply chain or operations. Bringing confidence working with data, planning systems and Excel. With a good understanding of how production works in an FMCG or manufacturing setting. Showing experience of managing changes to plans, solving problems and making decisions at pace.
