We're looking for an organised and proactive People Administrator to join our People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering a great colleague experience, and wants to develop their career within Human Resources.
As a key member of the People Team, you'll be the first point of contact for people-related queries, ensuring colleagues and managers receive accurate advice, timely support, and excellent service. You'll play a vital role in maintaining people data, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and helping deliver people initiatives that contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contract generation, employee changes, and leaver processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for People Team queries, providing guidance and directing colleagues to appropriate support.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and people data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company standards.
- Support recruitment activity, including new starter administration and coordination of hiring processes.
- Produce people metrics and reports to support decision-making and business performance.
