About The Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our team in Deli on a fixed-term contract until December 2027.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading all aspects of food safety, quality, compliance and legality within a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing environment.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, legal, customer and internal standards.
Develop and lead the technical team through effective coaching, training, succession planning and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement through KPI management, risk assessment, audit programmes and root cause analysis.
Significant experience in technical or quality leadership roles within chilled food manufacturing.
HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 qualifications.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
A passion for food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
