As an Advanced Hygiene Operative, you help keep the site clean, safe, and compliant. Your work supports food safety. You work exclusively within the hygiene team and do not operate production lines. This is a hands-on role with clear, routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep clean factory areas, machines, and equipment, clean after production has finished
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly, follow hygiene rules at all times
- Fill in cleaning sheets and records
- Report any damage, spills, or safety issues
- Help keep the site ready for checks and audits
