The Opportunity: As Finance Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Site Leadership Team at Saladworks, part of the Meals Category. This is a true finance business partnering position, acting as the strategic link between Finance and Operations. You’ll bring financial insight, challenge, and clarity to help the site deliver sustainable performance improvements. You’ll report into the Head of Operations Finance, with a dotted line into the Site Director, giving you influence at the heart of decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to the Site Director and Leadership Team, providing insight, challenge and commercial support.
- Drive performance improvement through robust analysis, financial discipline, and proactive identification of opportunities.
- Lead all budgeting, forecasting and period-end reporting activities for the Saladworks site.
- Provide strong cost control oversight, particularly across labour, overheads and costing standards.
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships across Operations, Commercial, and Group functions.
- Lead, develop and support a small finance team, creating a high-performance, improvement-focused culture.
