Are you passionate about creating engaging workplaces where people feel informed, connected and valued? We are looking for a Communications & Engagement Specialist to join our People Team and play a key role in shaping colleague experience across our site.

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead internal communications, charity and social activities, and engagement events that bring our culture and values to life. If you’re creative, organised and brilliant at building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Lead and deliver our annual engagement activity plan, including celebration days, recognition events and family activities.
  • Own all internal communications: weekly briefs, newsletters, noticeboards, digital screens and ad-hoc messaging across the site.
  • Drive our charity and CSR programme, chairing the Social & Charity Committee and coordinating volunteering and fundraising activities.
  • Support the delivery of our Health & Wellbeing plan, including clinics, campaigns and colleague challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance communication channels, technology use and content to strengthen colleague engagement.

  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and positively represent our values.
