As a QA Manager, you help make sure the food we produce is safe, legal and high quality every day. You lead the Quality Assurance team and oversee quality systems across the site.

  • Lead and manage the QA team across site operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for food safety and quality matters.
  • Ensure quality systems meet customer, legal and company standards.
  • Work closely with Operations to maintain strong quality and hygiene practices.
  • Investigate quality, micro or process issues and agree clear outcomes.
  • Support audits, inspections and customer visits.
  • Help develop and maintain HACCP and food safety systems.
  • Train, coach and develop QA colleagues and auditors.

You will have experience in a QA or technical role within food manufacturing, bringing a good understanding of food safety, quality systems and audits.
