We are looking for a detail-driven Demand Planner to play a key role in delivering accurate forecasts across our product portfolio. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, retailers and internal supply chain teams to translate demand insights into robust, actionable forecasts that optimise service levels, minimise waste and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, forecasting systems and stakeholders, and who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and continuously improve demand forecasts using Relex, incorporating sales, promotional and market intelligence
- Own short-term forecast accuracy (weeks 05) and manage forecast performance against agreed KPIs
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and retail partners to align demand, promotional and NPD plans
- Analyse historical sales data, identify demand drivers and challenge assumptions to improve forecast quality
- Communicate demand plans clearly to Production Planning and support wider planning activities, including seasonal planning and holiday cover

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with commercial teams and customers
