What You'll Do
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. As a People Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:
- Supporting the People Team with the whole employee lifecycle in a proactive and reactive way.
- General administration tasks including gathering information, note taking, booking meetings and rooms and updating records.
- Being the first point of contact in the team to resolve colleague enquiries or direct these to the right team member.
- Administration of People Portal records to keep colleague data and payroll information up to date.
- Supporting with new starters so that they have a great induction and first few weeks as they learn their new role and all about us!
Your work as a People Administrator will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.
What you will need
There is a right role for everyone and we want to set you up for success. For the People Administrator role we are looking for the following key skills and experience for this position:
- Experience within a similar role either within a HR team or in a busy administrative position.
- Confident on systems including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience of using an HR system would be an advantage but it is not essential. The ability to learn new systems will help.
- A relevant qualification either within HR or Business Administration would be an advantage.
