The role will be varied and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reconciling project budgets and ensuring the financial systems are accurate and efficient in readiness for the next project that lies ahead.
Responsibilities:- Producing quarterly management reports for the board
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with an external accountant
- Monitoring cash flow and spotting trends that matter
- Maintaining client portals for submission and access of financial data
- Working on process improvements to make things smarter and more efficient
- Managing daily bookkeeping: invoices, payments, receipts and expenses
