Northease Manor School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious HR Officer who has worked in a school, charity or similar HR environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a specialist SEND school, contributing to the smooth operations of Human Resources across all areas.
Main Responsibilities, Tasks and Duties:
- Manage the recruitment process across all departments maintaining the highest professional courtesy and response as the first point of contact for the school.
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures as well as external requirements (including relevant employment legislation, safer recruitment compliance and relevant codes of practice)
- Provide HR advice and guidance to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and staff
- Support the implementation of HR strategy through delivery of delegated projects
- Maintain an accurate HR database
- Maintaining confidentiality is critical to this role
