Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pub. Creating a warm, welcoming and well-managed environment for customers. Leading and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service. Managing food service operations where applicable and ensuring consistently high standards are maintained. Upholding brewery policies, standards and values. Promoting and maintaining the quality of Samuel Smith's beers and ales. Basic financial administration, stock control and cellar management. Ensuring the pubs are maintained to a high standard. Building strong relationships within the local community and encouraging repeat business.
About You:
Previous experience managing a pub, restaurant or similar hospitality business . Strong leadership, organisational and customer service skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Knowledge of food service operations is advantageous. A practical, hands-on approach to managing a hospitality business. A genuine passion for traditional pubs and delivering great customer experiences. Willingness to live on-site in the accommodation provided.
