An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the brewery, based at our offices in Tadcaster. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar accounts payable role and will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices and maintaining the accounts payable ledger.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and reconciling the accounts payable ledger
- Inputting and processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Dealing with supplier queries relating to invoices and payments
- Investigating and resolving payment queries
- Ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Providing general support to the accounts team as required
About You
We are looking for an organised and conscientious individual with previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role. You will have good attention to detail, be confident dealing with invoice and payment queries, and have the ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy office environment.
