A unique opportunity to work for an independent British brewery. Our brewery seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager to work within a small independent firm. Educated to degree level, you will have an interest in pubs, hotels and hospitality.
The role of the Recruitment Manager is to place adverts on a variety of platforms for vacancies within the company. The recruiter will be required to carry out initial screening and selection before candidates are put forward for interview. This is a full-time office-based role working 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have most or all of the following:
- MUST HAVE at least 4 years proven experience in recruitment.
- Personable and an excellent communicator, with fluent English language.
- Live within a 20 min journey of Tadcaster, North Yorkshire LS24 9SB.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while working for a private company.
- Competent with MS Word & Excel.
- Have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work with a long-established independent family-run brewery outside of the monotone corporate world.
