We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to join Samuel Smith's Brewery as a Trainee Area Manager covering our North West Pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in pub and business management with one of Britain's oldest independent breweries.
You will spend much of your time visiting and supporting our pubs across Lancashire, Cheshire and surrounding areas. Working closely with experienced managers, you will gain hands-on experience across pub operations, people management, customer service, commercial performance and general business management. The role will include some weekday evenings each week, providing valuable experience of the day-to-day running of our pubs.
About You We are looking for someone who is: A recent graduate to degree level and with a full driving licence. Genuinely interested in pubs, hospitality and business management. Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career. Resourceful, practical and able to use initiative. Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail. A confident communicator who enjoys working with people. Based within Greater Manchester region.
