Key Responsibilities: Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pubs, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to ensure a safe working environment. Help manage stock, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet operational needs. Train new staff members on customer service expectations. About you: Proven experience in a hospitality environment at a supervisory level. Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike. A passion for delivering high-quality service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. This role comes with a salary starting from Β£30k plus discounted live in accommodation.
