Samuel Smith's Brewery is seeking an experienced HR Manager or HRBP to establish and lead the HR function. This standalone role is office-based at our Tadcaster site, five days a week, with some travel to other sites. You will work closely with senior management to shape strategy and culture.
You will introduce clear policies and processes, streamline administration, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and provide practical advice to managers and employees while protecting confidentiality.
