My client, an innovative SME in the advertising industry, is looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. You will manage the company’s social media channels, create engaging content, and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum
