  • Strong behaviourmanagement skills and an understanding of proactive approaches tosupporting emotional regulation.
  • The emotional andphysical resilience required to work with young people who present a widerange of complex learning, communication and behavioural needs.
  • The ability tobuild and maintain positive relationships with pupils, families,colleagues and external professionals.
  • Excellentorganisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment tocontinuous professional development and innovation in teaching practice.
