Project Manager x 2 β Station Renewals
On behalf of our client we are recruiting 2 x Projects Managers for our stations and buildings portfolio in Wales & Western region on the CP7 framework. Works will include maintenance and renewals of canopies, buildings, depots, platform structures, car parks and subways. We seek projects leaders who can embrace collaborative working and deliver 1st class project solutions for passengers, freight and funders.

Role and Responsibilities:
Customers: A delighted customer that prefers our client for the delivery of their projects. The customer is informed, engaged and delighted with project performance and the travelling customer has an improved experience in and around our infrastructure projects.
Brand: Promote our clients culture and lead by example by demonstrating the agreed values and behaviors in all interactions with the team, including suppliers and customers. Create a culture that is underpinned by professionalism and quality.
Leadership: A fully accountable leader of the site team that leads by example follows the clients vision, developing themselves and others whilst empowering our people. Promotes a site safety culture that focuses on leadership at all levels, with everyone going home safe, every day.
People: Create the environment for our people to grow and develop. Ensuring that our people are fully engaged, meeting their clearly defined responsibilities and delivering maximum performance whilst remaining safe and healthy. Aspire to create a seamless link to our supply chain, ensuring they are fully embraced, so that there is shared learning, risks and rewards.
Process: To adhere to an efficient set of the clients systems and processes. Ensure that legislative, mandatory policies and procedures are delivered appropriately within a governance framework.
Financial: Accepting accountability for profit and loss for our project or projects, successfully return a profitable outcome, in line with the agreed site targets. Be aware of and understand Infrastructure target to deliver volumes within the customer efficiency targets and the delivery of a progressive turnover growth with a sustainable profit before tax.

What we are looking for in the right candidate:
Has worked on a broad section of disciplines within an rail environment such as groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, and building and can demonstrate a clear understanding in these areas.
Experienced at working for a tier 1 contractor.
Experience of personal responsibility in managing a project portfolio up to Β£15 million.
SMSTS competent.
Knowledge of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc.)
