Functional Consultant (Business Central)
Location: Fully remote in Netherlands or Vilnius Lithuania
A Microsoft partner is in search of a Functional Consultant to become an integral part of their team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link, connecting all the Microsoft D365 Business Central technology innovations with the business practices of their partners. Your main objective will be to demonstrate the significance and applicability of the client\’s technical service offerings.
Responsibilities:
· Engage in Evangelism/Demand Generation initiatives to bolster crucial launch activities.
· Offer expert guidance on optimal technical solutions to both customers and partners during specific opportunities.
· Fulfil our Membership promise by providing support to partners whenever they seek technical advice.
· Take proactive steps to counsel and assist partners in their technical transformation to Business Central SaaS.
· Aid PSM (Partner Success Manager) and RLs (Relationship Leads) in their discussions with partners regarding the transition from an On-Premise business model to a successful Cloud Business (with a focus on technical aspects).
· Provide advice and guidance to partners throughout their journey of transitioning from on-premise IP to Cloud Apps.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technology, with a focus on Microsoft and/or other ERP technologies.
· Previous work experience in technical consulting, solution design, training delivery, or project management would be advantageous.
· Profound knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated products.
· Exceptional presentation and communication abilities in English.
· Capability to translate in-depth technology expertise into its impact on the business strategy domain.
· Proficient people management skills along with a sound understanding of business processes.
· Strong problem-solving and collaboration aptitude.
