Contracts Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to play an integral role in the delivery of the Wales & Western framework. This is focused on the development, design, and commission of enhancements and new stations across the region. You\’ll be comfortable managing a portfolio of £50m of works and have previous experience on Network Rail infrastructure.

Customers
A delighted customer that prefers the company for the delivery of their projects. The customer is informed, engaged and delighted with project performance and the travelling customer has an improved experience in and around our infrastructure projects.

Accepting accountability for profit and loss for a package of projects, successfully return a profitable outcome, in line with the agreed annual targets. Delivery of volumes within the customer efficiency targets and of a progressive turnover growth with a sustainable profit before tax.

Experience and knowledge
Has managed at Project Management or Contracts Management level, with knowledge of broad section of disciplines such as groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, building, etc and can demonstrate a high level of understanding in these areas.
Experienced at working within a Rail environment.
Experience of personal responsibility of running projects or running a portfolio of work in excess of £50 million.
Qualifications
Is Degree or HND qualified or similar in a Civil Engineering, building or related course. Alternatively, has gained similar qualities through work-related training and experience.
