Project Support Manager (m/f/d) – Energy Infrastructure
Location: East Anglia(office/hybrid depending on location)

We are partnered with a growing specialist contractor delivering private networks, grid connections, and renewable energy infrastructure projects across the UK. As they scale their operations, they’re looking for a Project Support Manager to oversee the project admin team and streamline the delivery process across multiple live sites.
This role will suit someone experienced in managing internal operations and supporting technical teams across private networks, grid infrastructure or renewable projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Line management of the admin team, including performance reviews and training

Support project delivery by coordinating programmes, schedules, and commercial handovers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key suppliers

Lead on identifying and onboarding new supply chain partners

Review and develop internal systems and workflows to improve project efficiency

Attend stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align project expectations

Facilitate the transition from tendering to delivery stage

Organise internal project review meetings across technical and delivery teams

Monitor programme performance and ensure optimal technician utilisation
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in the private networks, HV/LV connections, or renewables sector
