The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Identify and engage top talent across energy & infrastructure markets
  • Build relationships with candidates making major career decisions
  • Partner with businesses hiring for critical, high-impact roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process from outreach to offer
  • Develop commercial awareness and understand client hiring needs

Working Pattern

Monday – Thursday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm (office-based)
Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm (work from home)
