The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Identify and engage top talent across energy & infrastructure markets
- Build relationships with candidates making major career decisions
- Partner with businesses hiring for critical, high-impact roles
- Manage the full recruitment process from outreach to offer
- Develop commercial awareness and understand client hiring needs
Working Pattern
Monday – Thursday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm (office-based)
Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm (work from home)
