About the Company

You’ll be joining an established, fast-growing landscaping contractor working on a wide range of commercial projects across the South East. From schools and business parks to high-spec new builds, they’re known for delivering high-quality green spaces with precision and care. The team is professional, friendly, and passionate about horticulture and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)

  • Assisting with the installation and maintenance of soft landscaping on commercial and public sites
  • Preparing planting areas and undertaking all aspects of horticultural planting
  • Operating landscaping tools and machinery in line with health & safety
  • Working closely with team leaders and supervisors to deliver projects to spec
  • Supporting with turfing, mulching, watering, and general grounds maintenance
  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and professional at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
  • Familiar with plant identification, soil preparation, and seasonal care
  • Confident using basic tools and small plant machinery (e.g., strimmers, hedge cutters)
  • Reliable, punctual, and happy to work outdoors in all weathers
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Ideal for candidates with experience as a Landscaper, Groundsworker, Garden Labourer or Soft Landscaper
