We’re partnering with a private housing developer known for delivering beautifully designed, architect-led homes across the South East. With two live sites underway — one in Gipsy Hill and another in Epsom — they’re now looking for a Site Manager to take the reins on the ground.

This Site Manager role isn’t just about overseeing trades — it’s about leading from the front. The ideal Site Manager will be hands-on, detail-driven, and take real pride in delivering high-spec homes with precision and control.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site activities across two new build developments
  • Ensuring top-tier health & safety standards — Toolbox Talks, RAMS, inspections
  • Coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining build quality
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to deliver on time and to spec
  • Getting stuck in with minor works when needed — ideal for a practical Site Manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Site Manager experience in new build housing (developer or housebuilder)
  • Trade background preferred — SMSTS and First Aid essential
  • Strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites independently
  • Full UK driving licence — company vehicle included

If you’re a Site Manager who thrives in a high-quality, design-led environment and wants to be part of a small, ambitious team, this is your chance to own a pair of projects and truly make your mark.
