We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a £3.5M extension and fit-out on a live school site in Edmonton. This is a technically complex project involving:
- Steel frame construction
- Mezzanine floor
- Ground beams
- Air source heat pumps
- Full internal fit-out
- Piling and groundworks
You’ll be the No.1 on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager and overseeing day-to-day site activity, health and safety, subcontractor coordination, programme delivery, and quality control.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects £2M+
- Background in education builds, fit-out, or steel frame extensions
- Confident managing subcontractors and driving project delivery
- Strong site-based health & safety awareness and compliance
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
