They’re looking for someone who can own the full commercial and estimating function—from cost planning and procurement through to final accounts and strategic input. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading QS and estimating functions across commercial builds and fit-outs
- Producing take-offs, BOQs, valuations, and managing all project costings
- Handling procurement, variations, client communications, and project financials
- Working closely with company leadership to help shape commercial strategy
What You Need to Bring:
- At least 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor (Senior or aspiring)
- Background in commercial construction or civil engineering
- Solid knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
- Confidence in estimating, cost control, and client-facing delivery
