Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to lead a landmark residential scheme in South London? We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of Phase 1 of a major regeneration project in Peckham. This award-winning residential developer is delivering a 285-unit scheme with three towers (10, 14, and 24 storeys), a basement, gym, and commercial spaces. It’s a blend of RC frame and traditional build – ideal for a versatile Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in London-based developments.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Act as the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on site from pre-construction through to handover
  • Manage and mentor a team including a Project Surveyor and Trainee Quantity Surveyor
  • Oversee procurement, cost reporting, and subcontractor management
  • Work closely with the site team to align commercial strategies with project goals
  • Ensure robust financial controls, reporting directly to the Commercial Director
